The lobby has a straightforward layout that feels inviting after a long journey. Unique room configurations create a variety of options, allowing for some flexibility depending on group size.
The ground floor room showed signs of wear with visible screw holes where fixtures once were, making it feel a bit neglected. Facing a corridor with shared bathroom access gave an uncomfortable sense of privacy intrusion, while the fire alarm panel clearly displayed faults, raising safety concerns. The external road noise can be an issue, particularly if you're hoping for a quiet stay after a long day. Finally, the curtains seemed like a DIY project gone wrong, as they were unevenly altered with staples, drawing attention for all the wrong reasons.

Just a well-suited match for a budget stay in Slough with all in all brilliant value for money. The room I had was clean, which was a nice surprise for the price. It’s worth asking for a quieter room if noise from the road bothers you.

they really need to upgrade the wifi coz it was super slow n kept disconnecting. also, breakfast wasnt included n was kinda pricey.

The quadruple room offers ample space, making it comfortable for a group. It provides convenient access to nearby public transport, allowing easy travel around the area.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by significant issues with room cleanliness—one room had an unpleasant smell reminiscent of a smoking area, while a second room was noticeably filthy, with inadequate attention to detail in tidiness. I dealt with ongoing complaints about these conditions, but they were met with half-hearted responses like spraying air freshener or simply opening windows. Wi-Fi connectivity was abysmal, dropping frequently and messing with any plans to stay connected. The overall ambiance did not meet reasonable expectations.

Consider asking for a room away from the main road to avoid noise, as some windows are hard to reach.

What a mess!
We didn’t even stay! Ugh. Had to call the original place to sort it out. Talk about frustration! Didn’t get to try the bar, but the snacks in the lounge looked good.

I spent a night in a Triple Room at Uno Hotel. The cleanliness of the room stood out. It was tidy, and everything felt comfortable. there was no hot water in the morning. My wife had to call downstairs, and a staff member came to check. He seemed unsure about how to resolve the issue and didn’t offer any compensation. The mattress wasn’t the best. my wife noted it aggravated her sciatica. I appreciated the location near public transport and the tourist attractions. The lack of hot water really put a damper on an otherwise decent stay.
